I believe every person has God-given purpose, dignity, and the capacity to make a meaningful contribution. My Christian faith informs my commitment to servant leadership: listening well, developing people, and helping others use their gifts with confidence.

Strong organizations honor both their mission and the people who carry it forward. I value integrity, personal responsibility, thoughtful dialogue, and the freedom to pursue a life of purpose. These convictions guide how I lead teams, build programs, and serve communities.

I BRING...

I bring more than 25 years of experience leading programs, developing people, and strengthening organizations in the United States and internationally. My work spans nonprofit operations, civil society capacity building, education, curriculum design, and leadership development.

I have extensive experience guiding organizations through significant growth and change: joining Pivot Charter School in its first year and helping lead its growth over three years, serving on the small core team that established the Grassroots Leadership Academy at Americans for Prosperity, and building U.S. operations at Favor. I bring strategic direction, practical systems, and a servant leader’s commitment to helping teams succeed.

I'VE LEARNED...

Some things I've learned so far are:

1). This world is truly a wonder and whatever you choose to see, you will find. 2). Wherever you go, things like cultures, traditions, and lifestyles are vastly different but in the ways that matter, people are mostly the same. 3). America is exceptional in history and her freedoms must be protected as the last best hope for mankind on earth. 4). No matter your circumstances, you're a product of God and what you do with the time you have, matters.
