NONPROFIT EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
More than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic operations, education, and leadership development, with international work in 16+ countries. My experience includes Executive Director, Vice President, and Chief of Party roles, staff leadership, program management, curriculum design, public speaking, and budget oversight of up to $1 million.
GROWTH & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
I lead organizations through periods of significant growth and change, translating mission into strategy, developing teams, and building systems that support lasting results. At Pivot Charter School, I joined during its first year and helped lead its growth over three years. At Americans for Prosperity, I served on the small core team that established the Grassroots Leadership Academy. At Favor, I helped build and strengthen U.S. operations, growing the team from five to 24 staff and contractors and establishing seven departments.
LEADERSHIP & EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
My career spans executive leadership, civil society capacity building, campaign strategy, grassroots and political party training, media and journalist training, and adult and youth education. I am a published author, seasoned public speaker, trainer, and curriculum designer, with experience in blended learning and education management at the principal and state levels.
